CarRefinancing.ca MacBook Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Organizer

The CarRefinancing.ca MacBook Contest (“Contest”) is organized by CarRefinancing.ca (“Organizer”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 17th, 2026 and ends on January 17th, 2027 (“Contest Period”).

A minimum of 10,000 eligible entries must be received during the Contest Period for the prize draw to take place.
If fewer than 10,000 eligible entries are received by the end of the Contest Period, the Contest will be cancelled and no prize will be awarded.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

• Visit the designated CarRefinancing.ca contest webpage
• Submit the following information:
• Phone number
• Email address
• Full name
• Mailing/shipping address

No purchase, refinance, or finance application is required to enter.
Finance or refinance applications submitted through CarRefinancing.ca will not be included as Contest entries.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.

4. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of CarRefinancing.ca, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

5. Prize

• The prize is one (1) MacBook (model, specifications, and value determined at the sole discretion of the Organizer).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only one prize will be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Provided that at least 10,000 eligible entries are received, the winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
• The draw will occur on January 17th, 2027.
• The selected winner will be contacted by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.
• If the selected winner fails to respond within the required timeframe or is deemed ineligible, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Privacy

By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organizer solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and delivering the prize.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the Contest.

8. General Conditions

• The Contest is conditional upon receiving a minimum of 10,000 eligible entries.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical issues, insufficient entries, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Contest.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.
• The Organizer is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless CarRefinancing.ca, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws of the winner’s province of residence.
