CarRefinancing.ca Fitbit Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Organizer

The CarRefinancing.ca Fitbit Contest (“Contest”) is organized by CarRefinancing.ca (“Organizer”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 17th, 2026 and ends on January 17th, 2027. All entries must be received during this period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must:

• Visit www.carrefinancing.ca/fitbit
• Submit the following information: phone number, email address, full name, and shipping address

No purchase, refinance, or finance application is necessary to enter. Finance applications submitted will not be included in the draw.

4. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Employees of CarRefinancing.ca, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

5. Prize

• The prize is a Fitbit (model may vary at the Organizer’s discretion).
• Only one prize will be awarded.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received via the Contest webpage.
• The draw will take place on January 17th, 2027.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided during entry.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Privacy
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the Organizer collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and delivering the prize. Information will not be shared with third parties outside of this purpose.

8. General Conditions

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Contest.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or misdirected entries, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless CarRefinancing.ca, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws of the winner’s province of residence.
